How We Work
LEADSTEC is built as a delivery operation, not an agency or consultancy.

Simple rule: If a task requires interpretation, design choice, or owning business outcomes, it falls outside LEADSTEC’s role.
Operational Web Delivery
Support‑ready delivery for live web and commerce systems
Websites (WordPress)
For content‑driven websites, we focus on keeping things stable and maintainable.
Typical work includes:
- Layout or configuration changes delivered through tickets
- Approved themes and plugins
- Performance and security baseline setup
- Structured content migration
Online Stores (Shopify)
For live, revenue‑generating stores, we deliver changes with extra care around releases.
Typical work includes:
- Theme setup and section‑level adjustments
- Product and catalog setup
- Liquid changes handled as scoped tickets (S/M/L)
- Release‑safe updates with rollback awareness
All store work takes live trading risk into account.
Digital Experience Platform (DXP)
We implement and support DXP platforms such as CMS, DAM, PIM, and CDP systems (for example Pimcore or AEM).
Typical work includes:
- Environment setup
- Data models and content structures
- Template wiring (no design ownership)
- System integrations
- Structured migrations
- Platform upgrades
We do not provide experience design, content strategy, or customer segmentation logic.
Platform & Integration Engineering
OEM engineering and system‑level delivery for partners and platforms
ERP Systems
We handle ERP system setup and ongoing operations at the execution level.
Typical work includes:
- System installation
- Module setup
- Master data configuration using templates
- System integrations
- Predefined reports
- Ongoing support based on agreed service levels
We do not design business processes, accounting structures, or compliance models.
AI & Automation
We implement automation and AI‑related workflows based on agreed designs.
Typical work includes:
- Model deployment
- Automation scripts and agents
- Data pipelines
- System‑to‑system integrations
We do not define AI strategy, interpret business results, or make decisions.
What We Do Not Handle
To stay focused and predictable, LEADSTEC deliberately does not take on the following:
- Content entry, editing, translation, or asset management
- Domain registration, hosting, or infrastructure resale
- Analytics setup, dashboards, or reporting
- UX design, branding, copywriting, or creative work
- Marketing, growth, or business consulting
- Responsibility for commercial or performance outcomes
These areas remain with platform owners or client‑facing teams.
How We Engage
LEADSTEC works only through platform owners, OEMs, or approved partners.
Our delivery flow is straightforward:
Scope agreed → Work order issued → Execution → Quality check → Handover
We do not contract directly with end customers and do not accept retail enquiries.
