- Direct impact on revenue and operations
- Higher requirements for testing and rollback
Typical work includes
- Theme configuration and section‑level changes
- Navigation, collections, and product catalog setup
- Structured product imports
- Liquid changes handled as scoped tickets (S / M / L)
- Release‑safe updates with rollback awareness
- Production‑ready quality checks

- Conversion optimization or growth strategy
- Custom app architecture
- Responsibility for sales or revenue outcomes
Digital Experience Platform (DXP)
What this covers
We execute technical setup and operations for platforms such as CMS, DAM, PIM, and CDP systems (for example Pimcore or AEM), based on designs approved by the platform owner.
Typical work includes
- Platform installation and environment setup
- Data models and schemas (approved definitions only)
- Template wiring and rendering logic (no design ownership)
- DAM folder structures and metadata schemas
- PIM data pipelines from structured sources
- User roles and permissions
- API, queue, and system integrations
- Structured data migration with validation

What this does not include
- CDP segmentation or business logic design
- Experience or UX design
- Content strategy or editorial decisions

ERP Deployment & Operational
Core business systems with operational impact
Context
- Higher expectations for stability, traceability, and post‑release support
- Live environments supporting day‑to‑day business operations
- Requires disciplined configuration, data accuracy, and controlled changes
Typical work includes
- ERP system installation and environment setup
- Activation of approved modules
- Master data configuration using templates
- User and role setup
- System integrations (commerce, finance, logistics)
- Predefined reports and interfaces
- Patching, upgrades, and operational support under SLA
What this does not include
- Business process consulting
- Accounting or compliance design
- Interpretation of management reports
AI & Automation Work
Execution Only
Typical work includes
- Model deployment and orchestration

What this does not include
- AI strategy or roadmap definition
- Business interpretation of results
- Decision‑making or recommendations
DELIVERY PRINCIPLES
When LEADSTEC Will Accept Work
LEADSTEC accepts work only when all of the following are true:
- Scope is clearly defined and approved
- Acceptance criteria are documented
- The work fits an existing delivery runbook
- Execution does not require business judgment
If any of these conditions are not met, the work will be declined or re‑scoped before execution.
What LEADSTEC Does Not Do (All Areas)
Across all capability areas, LEADSTEC does not take on the following:
- Content entry, editing, translation, or asset operations
- Domain registration, hosting, or infrastructure resale
- Analytics setup, dashboards, or reporting
- UX design, branding, copywriting, or creative work
- Marketing, growth, or business consulting
- Responsibility for commercial or operational outcomes
These remain the responsibility of platform owners or client‑facing teams.
