Privacy & Data Handling

LEADSTEC treats data protection and confidentiality as a core operational requirement.

• LEADSTEC processes data only as required to perform approved execution work.
• Access to systems and data is restricted to authorized personnel and approved partners.
• Reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures are applied to protect confidential and proprietary information.
• LEADSTEC does not collect personal data for marketing or retail purposes.

Detailed data protection terms, including roles (e.g. processor / sub‑processor), security measures, and retention policies, are defined in formal agreements where applicable.

Work‑for‑Hire & Intellectual Property Ownership

Unless otherwise agreed in writing:

• All deliverables produced by LEADSTEC under approved work orders are provided on a work‑for‑hire basis.
• Intellectual property rights vest in the platform owner or contracting entity, as defined in the relevant agreement.
• LEADSTEC does not claim ownership of customer data, business logic, models, or proprietary materials.
• Any pre‑existing tools, frameworks, or know‑how remain the property of their respective owners, as specified contractually.

IP ownership, licensing, and usage rights are governed exclusively by written agreements.

Non‑Retail & No Public Offering Disclaimer

LEADSTEC operates on a non‑retail, partner‑only basis.

• LEADSTEC does not offer services, pricing, or packages to the general public.
• This website does not constitute an offer, solicitation, or marketing of services to end customers.
• All delivery work is performed through approved partner, OEM, or platform arrangements.

Any commercial terms, service scope, or obligations arise only through formal written agreements.

Contractual Authority & Precedence

In the event of any inconsistency:
