How LEADSTEC Works With Other Providers
LEADSTEC works with other solution providers and platform operators who run their own business.
Our partners have their own clients, their own sales, and their own delivery promises. The Partner & OEM Program exists to make it easier for similar companies to work together at the delivery level, without mixing brands, sales pipelines, or customer relationships.
This is not a supplier program and not an agency model. Each party stays commercially independent. We simply agree on how delivery work is executed and handed over so collaboration stays clean and predictable.
Who This Program Is For / Is Not For
You work alongside LEADSTEC, not for LEADSTEC.
This program is for independent companies that:
- Own their own clients and contracts
- Run their own marketing and sales
- Deliver services or platforms similar to YCTI
- Want a clear way to collaborate on delivery or OEM execution
- Prefer structured execution instead of ad‑hoc coordination
This program is not a good fit if you are:
- A subcontractor looking for assigned tasks
- A body‑shop or staff‑augmentation vendor
- An agency expecting shared leads or joint selling
- A reseller looking for predefined pricing packages
- A team focused mainly on strategy, design, or consulting
How the Partnership Works
Partners in this program remain fully independent businesses. In practice:
- Partners own the customer relationship
You handle all client communication, updates, pricing, and decisions. - LEADSTEC stays in the background
LEADSTEC focuses on execution only and does not deal directly with end customers unless explicitly agreed in writing. - Work is done against agreed scopes
LEADSTEC executes work only within approved work orders. - No joint selling or brand mixing
There is no shared sales activity or public co‑branding unless both sides agree in advance.
The goal is simple: Clean delivery collaboration without commercial confusion.
How Work Is Executed
We use a simple, consistent execution process so everyone knows what to expect.
- The platform owner or authorized partner defines the scope
- A work order is issued with clear acceptance criteria and SLA
- Work is executed using standard operating procedures
- Quality is checked by peers before handover
- Structured delivery and handover materials are provided
This process exists to:
- keep delivery supportable after release
- reduce back‑and‑forth
- avoid last‑minute surprises
Shared Working Expectations
These expectations apply to both sides and exist to keep cooperation smooth.
Partners in this program are expected to:
- Stay within agreed scope boundaries
- Follow documented procedures and acceptance criteria
- Deliver work that can be supported long‑term
- Meet agreed delivery timelines and SLAs
- Communicate clearly through agreed internal channels
These expectations are not about control. They exist to protect both parties from scope creep and misalignment.
What Is Not Allowed
To prevent confusion and friction, certain things are intentionally not allowed in this collaboration model.
- Going around the agreed structure
Partners manage all customer communication. LEADSTEC does not talk directly to end customers unless there is a written agreement. - Changing scope informally
Any change in scope must go through a new or updated work order. - Open‑ended or “figure it out later” work
Every task must have a defined scope and acceptance criteria. - Strategy, design, or business decisions
LEADSTEC does not provide business judgment, strategy input, or design direction. - Reselling LEADSTEC services independently
Partners may not repackage, price, or resell LEADSTEC execution services on their own.
If a request falls outside these boundaries, it will be declined or re‑scoped before work begins.
Intellectual Property & Confidentiality
All work delivered under this program:
- Is treated as work‑for‑hire
- Is owned by the platform owner or contracting party
- Is covered by confidentiality and IP assignment agreements
Partners may mention this relationship only in private or internal contexts, unless written approval is given.
How to Apply
If this model matched how you already work, you’re welcome to apply.
A typical application includes:
- Basic company or team information
- Your delivery and technical capabilities
- Experience with OEM or back‑stage delivery
- Team capacity and time‑zone coverage
Applications are reviewed selectively. This program is intentionally small and controlled.
